CASIE HARRIS
CEO
Casie Harris, the CEO of Windermere Memory Care, Inc. is a member of the Harris Family which currently owns and operates four Assisted Living Facilities in the Gulf Coast area. The Harris family has owned and operated assisted living facilities for over 30 years giving Ms. Harris over 25 years of knowledge in the Assisted Living Community. Ms. Harris is transferring from Grandview Retirement Center an 85-bed facility, second largest assisted living facility in Pensacola which consistently passes the Florida AHCA inspections with zero deficiencies. Along with her hands on experience, she holds a Degree in Business Management & Administrator License by the state of Florida. She believes in giving quality service to the elderly and promoting excellence of character to those that she employs.

Ms. Harris feels very blessed to restore her parents first facility built and sold in 1999 to a memory care facility. She has partnered up with experts in design and Decorative ideas for Windermere to specifically gear towards the residents needs and who suffer from Dementia and Alzheimer’s. From the logo, calming colors throughout the facility to the activities chosen to recovery memory loss, she feels it truly caters to her residents. Pensacola is home to Ms. Harris and she believes establishing an entire Memory Care facility will help our elderly population remain close their loved ones and boost employment in Escambia County. She is also is a member of Olive Baptist Church and a Big Sister in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program.

SYNTHIA KING
System Administrator
Synthia King Assistant Administrator of Windermere has over 19 years of experience in the assisted living industry. She is a Christian and was hired by the Harris family over 6 years ago and transferred to Windermere in September 2016. She has held numerous positions in addition to her current one which includes Activity Director, Mediation Supervisor, Healthcare Coordinator Assistant and Marketing Director. Because of her knowledge and experience she is a valuable asset to Windermere Memory Care. Her genuinely sweet personality and can do spirit are infectious and worthy of emulating, she truly is a leader amongst her peers. Her love for the elderly is clearly seen by her commitment to excellent standards of resident care, her belief that the resident’s needs come first, and her loving dedication that they have a better quality of life. In short, she exemplifies the slogan of the company “Taking care of those who took care of us”.

SHEVONNE BROWN
Administrator
Shevonne Brown, Administrator at Windermere Memory Care, has always worked well with the elderly. She is passionate about providing a safe, healthy and active environment for those needing assistance in daily living. She knows firsthand the reprieve family members desperately need as their loved ones enter stages in which daily tasks become difficult. Shevonne is excited to lead her team as they provide excellent care to the residents of Windermere Memory Care. 

She has traveled the world as a missionary and actually met her husband on the mission field in Kenya Africa. They have one young son and continue to live their lives as unto the Lord. 

Her door is always open to her residents and their families. She will do whatever it takes to make sure Windermere is a safe and comfortable place for those we have the honor of serving in their home.
